Southside Blooms

Kirby volunteers at Southside Blooms, a farm-to-vase floral shop dedicated to creating jobs for at-risk youth in some of Chicago's toughest neighborhoods. Kirby sees firsthand how growing flowers can be surprisingly effective at growing communities.
